The answer to that is yes and no. We do discuss the finances of dentistry with you, as we understand that it can be complicated. We sit down with you and discuss all the options available to you, both clinically and financially, to ensure the best possible outcome for your dental health.

Yes, but many of them will do what's called a soft credit check where it doesn't actually ding your credit or even show up on your credit when checked.
Does dental insurance typically cover the cost of dental treatment?
Not exactly. If you've been going to the dentist regularly and only require a little bit of dental work, dental insurance will generally cover a percentage of it. However, if we're playing catch up, your insurance will still cover you as normal, but we may need to complete prior years' dental work in the current year.
How can I find out if my dental insurance covers my dental work?
In our office, we look up your dental insurance before you even come in. That way, we know exactly what your insurance tells us they will and won't cover and can discuss payment plans and insurance coverage with you.
